I have recently bought my first house which is need of a lot of work. It is a big project for such a small person, but I am loving every step. I have a background in property, with a City Planning degree and an Urban Planning masters behind me, but at the age of 22 I am only too aware that there is still so much to learn.
So many housebuilding magazines out there have amazing ideas, but often with outrageous pricetags. I love nothing more than a bargain and a barter, so for all those young (or not so young) homeowners out there this will hopefully give you some ideas of how to achieve your dream home on a tight budget. I am new to the blogging world but am hoping you will enjoy sharing my experiences, and will find the design tips and procedural advice helpful and inspiring.
